Shipping policy

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, each item is made to order. Please allow approximately 1 week of lead time before your order is shipped. If there are any delays beyond this window, we’ll notify you immediately with an updated timeframe.

We ship domestic orders via UPS and international orders via DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has left our hands.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
